The Manual

Overview

GTA Perps is a perpetual futures market on a single underlying: TTWO, the Nasdaq-listed stock of Take-Two Interactive, the studio behind Grand Theft Auto. You take a leveraged long or short view on the share price. You never own the share itself.

The price is quoted in US dollars, because that is the market everyone reads. Everything else — your balance, your margin, your profit and loss — is denominated and settled in SOL.

Getting Started

  1. Connect a wallet. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any Solana wallet that supports the Wallet Standard. Your wallet is your account — there is no email, password, or signup.
  2. Sign in. You sign a short message to prove the wallet is yours. It is free, and it authorises nothing on chain.
  3. Deposit SOL. Send SOL to the treasury address shown on the trade page, then paste the transaction signature to credit your balance.
  4. Open a position. Pick a side, set your margin and leverage, and confirm.

How Perps Work

A perpetual future is a position that tracks a price without ever expiring. Go long if you think TTWO rises, short if you think it falls. There is no settlement date and no delivery — you close when you choose.

Your profit scales with leverage. At 5x, a 2% move in your favour returns 10% on your margin, and a 2% move against you costs 10%.

Margin & Liquidation

Margin is the SOL you commit to a position. Leverage multiplies your exposure against that margin, up to 5x.

If the market moves far enough against you, the position is liquidated and the margin is lost. The trigger sits slightly before your margin is fully exhausted, so liquidation happens at a defined price rather than at zero. A loss can never exceed the margin you committed — the rest of your balance is never at stake on a single position.

Because your margin is SOL and the price is dollars, a move in SOL/USD while your position is open also affects what you get back. You are carrying a little SOL exposure alongside the TTWO view.

Market Hours

TTWO is a real stock and its price feed only publishes while the US market is open: 09:30 to 16:00 New York time, Monday to Friday, excluding market holidays.

Outside those hours nothing settles. Orders you place are queued and filled at the next session open, and a close you request is honoured at that same open. Liquidations are paused too.

This means a position carries gap risk across a session boundary. If news breaks overnight, the market can reopen well past your liquidation price.

Fees

A taker fee of 0.02% of position size applies when a position is opened. There are no deposit fees, no withdrawal fees beyond Solana network costs, and no lockups — you can withdraw any unlocked balance at any time.

Custody & Risk

Deposited SOL is held in a platform treasury while you trade. Withdrawing returns it to the wallet you deposited from. Only that wallet can withdraw, enforced by the signature you provide at sign-in.

Positions here are synthetic. Holding a long is not the same as owning TTWO stock: no shares, no shareholder rights, no dividends. Leverage can lose your entire margin quickly. Only commit what you are willing to lose, and understand that this is not investment advice.
